ScribeMedical.ai provides AI-powered medical documentation services designed to help healthcare professionals create accurate, efficient clinical notes and other documentation. Our services may include (but are not limited to):

  • AI-Driven Medical Documentation: Automatically transcribe and summarize patient encounters into structured formats (e.g., SOAP notes).
  • Multi-Language Support: Capture and generate clinical documentation in various languages.
  • Integration with EHR Systems: Export documentation in multiple formats (such as TXT, DOC, PDF) or integrate directly with compatible hospital IT systems.
  • Customizable Formatting: Tailor note layouts, paragraph divisions, and timestamps based on clinical workflows.

2. Membership Charges and Pricing

All prices are in USD and may be adjusted based on regional differences. The subscription fees are automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle and will automatically renew according to the selected cycle.

3. How to Cancel Automatic Renewal

If you wish to cancel automatic renewal or end your subscription, you may do so at any time via your account settings. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ScribeMedical.ai account
  2. Go to the Account Settings page
  3. Locate Subscription Management and click to access your subscription details
  4. Cancel Subscription: Follow the provided instructions to finalize cancellation
