ScribeMedical.ai provides digital and online services, which begin immediately upon purchase. Because our AI-powered medical documentation tools, automated content generation, and speech recognition services commence right away, all orders are non-refundable once confirmed. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review our features, pricing, and terms of service before making any purchase or subscription decision.

2. Canceling Services

You may cancel any paid service at any time by logging into your ScribeMedical.ai account. For paid subscriptions, cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified. For example, deleting your account generally results in the immediate termination of all associated subscriptions once the account is removed.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the high-resource nature of our AI operations—such as speech recognition, multilingual transcription, auto-generated content, and analytical processing— all payments are strictly non-refundable once a subscription has been activated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Once a new billing cycle has started, no refunds can be issued—even if the service has not been used
• Payments made via international credit cards or third-party processors that do not support refunds or reversals
• Any subscription or digital access purchased through our platform

All purchases are considered final.
