Repeat Infringer Policy

ScribeMedical.ai has a zero-tolerance policy toward repeat infringers. If the same user is the subject of three valid, good-faith copyright infringement complaints within a six-month period, we will terminate that user's access to and use of our Website.

DMCA Compliance and Notification

Although our company may not be strictly subject to U.S. law, we voluntarily comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), if you believe that content on ScribeMedical.ai infringes upon your copyrighted material, you may follow the notice procedure described above by emailing [email protected]. Please include all necessary information so that we can promptly process and evaluate your claim.

Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed or disabled due to a copyright infringement complaint and you believe that the content is not infringing or that it was removed due to an error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by sending an email to [email protected] or by using the customer support portal on our Website. A valid counter-notification should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling;
  • A statement of good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your provided address or in the jurisdiction where ScribeMedical.ai is located;
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice or from their agent.

Once a valid counter-notification is received and if permitted by law, we will forward it to the complaining party. We may also restore the removed content within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.
